The boys' were promised a fishing trip once they were potty trained. So, two weeks after the diaper truck came and dumped all the boys' diapers in the dirt (Edward helped create that story) and we started going in the potty, we went on our first fishing trip as a family. (Note: some of us are still having a few accidents, but the boys' are for all practical purposes potty trained. WOW!) Fishing was a great success. We went to New Braunfels and found a great little fishing hole where the fish were waiting for us. I thought Ronnie purchased 'advanced' fishing rods for the boys but it turned out they were just right. Carmen's Dora the Explorer fishing pole however, turned out to be total junk. She didn't care, she just wanted to play with (set free) the worms anyway. Edward and Gibson each reeled in their very own fish.
(This video is notable for two reasons: it's the first time either of them have peed standing up and the first time either of them have peed outside.)
