4th of July Weekend in New Braunfels! PART I

I was hoping New Braunfels was going to be fun for the kids and their cousin Leslie but I had no idea it would be THIS fun!  There were so many things to do we could hardly fit them all in - and we were there for 4 nights!

We kicked off the 4th with fishing on the Comal River.  And sno cones of course.

 

Gibson and Edward suffering 'Brain Freezes'.  They must have inherited that from Ronnie, I have never experienced one myself.

After late afternoon swimming it was dinner outside and American Flag cookies!

 

 

After baths the kids played on the 'mountain' (grassy mound) next to our neighbor's condo and fed watermelon to the deer.
